I'm using Spanish Amazon. Any thoughts / recommendations within the same price range? Thanks in advance.

ditch the liquid cooler! you have a non K CPU and an H81 board, so you wont be doing any overclocking anyways!!! save money bro, i thought you said budget build? You want a quiet and good cooler? Hyper 212 EVO. Ditch the SSD for now and get a better PSU that is not built into a case. You dont want to cheap out on the PSU. What games will you play mostly? You may be able to get away with an i3 instead, and a better GPU like a 280. 3GB of VRAM on the GPU is very very helpful for gaming, more than the CPU is.
