Quick Question About my specs and frames

Hi everyone, i have a question, alittle bit a go i haad finally saved up enough money to buy a meh rig, ofcourse it was amazing from what i had before, but i had a specific set of components in mind while on the way to the store but my brother came along and was "helping me" pick parts i never research ANYWAY TL;DR I have a 970A-G46 msi mobo, a diamond r9 270x, amd fx 8350 black edition cpu, 8gb ballistx ram and my frames in every game, sucks.. I remember reading somewhere that i made a bad mobo decision but my main question is if i were to buy something new what would be the most effective thing to buy, to increase over all stats. thank you and sorry for the story!

well, in most games ill hit 30.. ofcourse i know arma is the worst game to tell you about but im getting 12-19 frames on ultra and on low exact same frames, as well as dayZ standalone im getting 10-20 on ANY setting, csgo gets me 120 max, which is good but im hearing ppl with way more..
