i recently finished building a gaming pc which cost me over £800.00 and after the finished build everything turned on fans, gpu fans ect....but when I connected to monitor it said no signal, now I rounded it down to two things cpu socket on motherboard (bent pins) and ram

so my motherboard asus z87 plus had bent pins towards the edge of the array, so I assumed this was the reason I couldn't get to the bios or even get image on the monitor at all, but the dram led light also lit up on the mobo so could it of been in effective ram ? don't mind if I have to replace any parts just want it to work :)

any reply would be much appreciated.

return merchandise authorization (RMA), bent pins means that it is bad, I would check your CPU also to make sure it is ok as well, everything should be ok. Just get a new board. Hopefully the CPU is ok as well.

Bent pins = Bad mobo, I recommend a RMA.
