I bought a VIZIO E241i-B1 tv. I had Netflix streaming for a couple of minutes and now, it won't connect to the internet. When I check the network status, sometimes the Netflix Servers show as ok, sometimes they're not ok. But it's never able to check the internet connection even though it says it's connected and has full signal. I'm at a loss.

Is it only the Netflix app that's having issues? If so, try another device (laptop, game console, desktop, iOS/Android device, etc.) with Netflix; if other devices are also having issues, then there might be something blocking the Netflix servers. Could be a router setting, could be something with your provider.

If other apps on the TV are having issues connecting, then there's something up with the connection to the TV itself. If you have an Ethernet option available, try that instead of the wireless; if it works, the issue is with the wireless connection. If that doesn't fix it, double-check to make sure other devices aren't having issues.

All other WiFi devices are working ok. No other internet apps are working on this particular tv. It's sounding like there is something wrong with the WiFi connection to the tv.

Yes, I will be tethering the tv to the modem next. If that doesn't work- I'll assume it's the tv. I'm not technically savvy, so I'm not sure how to remove the stored WiFi connection settings? I'm thinking I'll end up taking the tv back because something just doesn't sound right with it.
