Looking at AMD processors (A8 6410 and A6 6310), worried about overheating issues.

The AMD A8 6410 processor specifications list a Maximum Operating Temperature of about 70C, but the slightly weaker A6 6310 lists a MOT of 90C. I plan on buying a laptop that can last several years while being used almost everyday, and I know overheating can become an issue overtime.
Does the A8 really have much less temperature resistance?
Does it run cooler to compensate, or will it run about as hot?
The laptop I'm replacing sometimes runs 70C-80C under stress, and never shuts down due to overheating. I don't want to buy a new computer that will start to overheat before long, is the slightly weaker A6 6310 the better choice in my situation?

Solution
Regardless of the max temp , i would go for A8-6410 cus it is faster . APU has iGPU , so the fan will work for both CPU and GPU . In my opinion , the problems are bigger when there is a dedicated GPU but only one fan . But of course , i could be wrong .

Is it really that much faster though? I would prefer the A6 if it won't overheat, because unless the A8 runs a lot cooler (I have no experience with this, so I don't know if it does) it'll overheat months or even years before an A6 would, according to the 20C difference in the specifications I've seen. Both have the same 2.4GHz Turbo Clock Speed, so I don't see how the small extra performance would be worth paying more money and experiencing much faster overheating.
