I have a HP p6710f desktop that I want to use for video-editing. Stock CPU is an AMD Athlon II X4 640 that I want to upgrade to an AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Six-Core (95 watt). I have already upgraded memory to 8 Gb, power supply to 430 watts, and graphics card to GeForce GT 630 2048MB.
Does anyone have experience upgrading this computer to this processor? Any other advise would really be appreciated.
