SSD drive reports disk almost full

I cloned an HP using Kingston SSD and supplied Acronis Clone S/W. The SSD works fine however in the process, the clone s/w (correctly) created a system restore partition. The problem is the system restore partition is about 20G, the system restore data is about 18.9G, and windows 7 continues to report disk almost full on the system restore partition. I am lost.
Thank You

What is the total capacity of the old drive and what is the capacity of the SSD? How much space is unaccounted for? The partition size might need to be extended in the Windows control panel> administrative tools> disk management tool.

I believe there is adequate room to re-partition, but am concerned with the C drive becoming corrupted if I extend the recovery partition. Will that be an issue?
TIA

Thanks for the info.
No backups going to the recovery partition. The clone process either didn't allow enough disk space to offset the warning, or some other setting changed and now the warning is active. I'll try turning off protection first.

Since I have cloned the original HD to SSD, I guess I could delete the files on the recovery disk, as if I should need to recover, I could simply plug the old HD in, and re-clone. I am thinking this may be the best solution, as I stated, re-partition may spell corruption.
Will follow up
TIA
