Hi. I'm looking new pc for programming and some light gaming. In near future I plan to do some graphic rendering so I might have to upgrade the rig then.

ThinkCentre M93p Tower Desktop(with Faster Processing) was recommended for me.
And this is a build that I came up with.

The lenovo has good processor and windows, and seems to be a good deal. What concerns me is that I don't know how good the other parts are.

On the other hand my build has less (weaker processor, no windows) and costs only 300$ less. The PSU could be degraded but it is silent (fan doesn't work at low power) even if I will upgrade the rig with graphics card and hard drives.

Where I live I can get the lenovo for about 800 euros and my build for about 700 euros.

Wich way should I go ? Is buying pre-built pc better ?

Whoever is recommending a pre-built Lenovo over a custom desktop definitely does not know what they are talking about. Custom built is always the better option because you get to choose your own components and everything is easily upgradable, where on a Lenovo it isn't. Your build is good but lacks a graphics card, which I would definitely recommend. What is your country of origin and what store are you buying from?

You should get the custom build because you can overclock it. However you should get a good GPU such as this one:

I haven't decided on gpu yet because I'm torn between Intel and amd. I'm big fan of efficiency which is provided by Intel with their low power consumption/performance ratio but on the other hand I'm not that rich and amd cards are half as cheap and as powerful.

On amd side I was considering R9 290. But if I have "yber" powerful video card then I probably won't get the full benefit of it if other parts of my computer are not that good. Keeping that in mind R9 270 might be quite good option, and it's considerably cheaper. Got to do some research on bottlenecking.

I'm from Estonia and some options for stores are Arvuti tark and a1. They don't have PSU and the case though so I might order from germany as the price will be the same.
