PS4 IMO is superior, better graphics (True 1080p) at 60FPS plus the awesome exclusives, support, and it costs less than the XBone per year ($50 vs $60). Comes in a smaller form factor and is also pretty quiet. However, the XBone has Kinect (If you even care about it) and will support DX12 in the near future, which will improve the performance a lot by reducing load on the CPU immensely. But whatever appeals more to you should be your choice.
The PS4 is more powerful and will have more games that won't be available on PC. The Xbox One has a considerably slower GPU, leading to its third party games having lower resolution and/or framerate compared to its PS4 counterpart. Xbox One's exclusive lineup is also rather anemic, with most of its exclusives being timed deals that will likely show up on PC around 8 or 9 months after release; it's already happened with Ryse and Dead Rising 3, and it looks like Sunset Overdrive is likely going to be the next example of this.

I wouldn't bother with the Xbox One unless you really want the Kinect for whatever reason, you are a huge fan of Halo or Gears of War (the only two franchises that are likely to actually remain exclusive to Xbox One), or all your friends have Xbox One and you want to play with them.

I have no interest in Kinect or halo or friends whatsoever, how about the PS4 bundle with GTA5? Should I get it now at the moment its currently £330 do you think there's a chance of it going down after christmas? if so do you think this bundle ps4 gta5 edition will still be available or are offers like this usually limited? will it be worth the wait?

Honestly I own an Xbox One and have many friends who own it as well as the PS4 and really we all agree that there really isn't anything out there yet that yells "I need to own next gen". If I was you I would wait until that day comes especially since they are still pumping out the same games for last gen as well as next gen.
