I'm looking for a good aftermarket cooler for less than £30 which will cool my Intel Core i5 i5-4690K , I'm probably looking at putting that chip to 4.4Ghz since I heard it's a really stable overclock. the other problem is just the height of the cooler since the case I'm using is

note it states that the max height for cpu cooler on that case is 16cm
"Max. height CPU cooler 16 cm"
Also for since the case is colored and you can choose from a variety of colors I was wondering what case color you thing I should use for style? I was thinking red since the mobo is red/black scheme, my gfx is a red asus gtx 660
