The gt 730 will not provide very good FPS, better to buy a cheaper CPU and more powerful graphics card, such as pentium g3258 and r9 270 or 270x equivalent £130 graphics card

I would wait until you can afford a good graphics card, or build the system without a graphics card and add one later.

What's your country? You might consider a lesser CPU like an i3 instead of the i5, and then put your savings there into getting an R9 270. An i3 is still a really powerful gaming CPU. Definitely not as future proof as an i5, which is an absolute top tier gaming CPU right now, but still pretty damn good for most games. Don't step down to a Pentium G3258 though. It's not very good even when heavily overclocked.

Crap, I don't think pcpartpicker has a section for checking online stores there. If I couldn't get an i3 + R9 270 system or better I think I'd honestly opt for a Playstation 4, unless you play PC only games like World of Warcraft or League of Legends.
