The CPU cooler(Phanteks) has a height of 157mm.
Zalman CNPS9900 has a has a height of 152mm.
Your case has a CPU cooler clearance of 150mm(Gigabyte's information), but customers have stated that the clearance exceeds 150mm:

I'd say that a Hyper212 will fit, which is cheaper and performs well. But if you want to play it safe, go with the Zalman.
