reinstall windows when I have the product key but not the installation disk

I bought a reconditioned laptop with Windows Professional OA. The product key label is affixed to the bottom of the laptop but I don't have an installation disk. How can I reinstall Windows on this laptop?

I downloaded the iso file for Windows 7 Professional. When I try to burn it to CD I get the message that "The selected disc image file is not valid?

Are you sure you're using a DVD-RW CD? You won't be able to burn it to a DVD -R CD.

You waited for the whole download to finish?
And you're burning to an actual RW DVD?
What software are you using?
