I upload mainly Battlefield 4 gameplay to YouTube, and I used to use the pre-loaded Movie-Maker program on my Windows computer, but now you can upload to YouTube in 60 fps. I started noticing all of my videos were still 30 fps on YouTube and not 60, even though my ShadowPlay records in 60. Is this something Movie-Maker is doing to my videos? if so, is there a FREE piece of video editing software that will keep my frame rate at 60?
