Selection of 4gb graphics card

I want to buy a 4gb graphics card.. Future games will require massive memoery..

Also, what are the selection criteria for selecting a graphics card? Fill rate, pixel rate,etc
Nvidia, Radeon.. I don'want massively expensive cards.. maybe Under $350
which ones u can recommend? Will CoD Ghosts, Farcry 4, other future games.
work? at ultra resolution..

I have a system capable of playing these games except for my graphics crd

No future games don't need massive vram for 1080p. 2-3 GB is still fine. 4 GB is still not necessary.
GTZ 970 is a good card or R9 290X.
You will need a decent 550W psu for either.
Don't bother with fill rate, pixel rate. Avoid using GPUBoss. Looking at professional reviews of GTX 970 and R9 290X. Examples are of good reviewer are Anandtech, Techpower, Guru3D
