Try updating to the latest Catalyst driver which you can download as per one of the options below, whichever applies to your PC:
1) If graphics card is an add-on card in a PCI/PCIe slot, download from that card manufacturer's website.
2) If it's a factory-built PC (or laptop) using on-board graphics adapter, download from that PC or laptop manufacturer's website.
3) If it's a custom-built PC using on-board graphics adapter, download from the motherboard manufacturer's website.
