Hey everyone. New to the forum, so apologies if I'm doing something wrong.

My keyboard/windows has been acting up as of late. After using my computer for around 1-2 hours, there is a glitch that makes windows believe that the shift key and windows key are being held down. This is an entirely new glitch, as I've been running 8.1 for over a year. It's been smooth until now. The only temp. fix that has been working is to restart the computer, and it usually glitches again after around an hour.
Here are the things I have tried so far, but have not worked. My keyboard is a Cooler master Storm Trigger. I'd like to point out that there is no windows key on the actual keyboard.

- Uninstalling and Re-installing the Keyboard Drivers

- Disabling the windows key through the registry

- Disabling windows key shortcuts through gpedit

- Uninstalling Classic Shell

- Using a different USB port

- Cleaning the keyboard

- Disabling Sticky Keys, Filter Keys, and Toggle Keys

Any suggesstions? It's really becoming annoying, as pressing L locks me out and pressing enter opens the narrator. Thanks for any input!

Hardware failures can happen at anytime....sometimes you get a few errors here and there, and gradually it gets worse until it is dead - other times, it just dies - no warning.

Uninstall the drivers, and try a new keyboard. If that works for a while - try reinstalling your keyboard and to a clean install of the drivers.
