How do I know if this motherboard fits in this tower?

I think the motherboard has to say ATX on it to fit in the ATX tower, but its a server motherboard. Does it only fit in server motherboard towers? Trying to find the right tower for the motherboard currently and failing.

I highly doubt it, the motherboard is over twice the size of the supported motherboard of the case (the case only supports up to 12"x9.6" Mobos, the mobo you linked is 16.2"x16.79")

That server motherboard is proprietary, and the recommended chassis is the Supermicro Revision K chassis. I doubt there would be any other chassis for that board. I very much doubt it would fit in any ATX type of desktop chassis.

Can you recommend me any case that I can put in that motherboard please?

I can't change the motherboard because the Intel Xeon E7 processors have like no options for other motherboards that I can find online.
