I have ordered a complete new build with everything except a HDD as I decided to use the one from my old build. I just have one problem I cant wipe the drive as the GPU in the old build is defected so I cant connect to a monitor. Is there anyway to wipe it without seeing what I am doing? If no how do I got about installing windows with the new build if I already have it installed on the drive from before?

Solution
Boot from your install media (DVD or USB)
Early in the install process you will be given the option to delete all partitions on that HDD
Do that
You can connect it to someone else's PC and use Control Panel/Device Manager/Disk Management to delete the partitions and format the drive.

Or, you can just elect to delete the partition table and quick format the drive when you go to install Windows, it will ask you if this is an Upgrade or New installation. Just choose New Installation and then it will prompt you to make the HDD changes.
