2 case fans only 1 fan header

Ok i bought a Corsair Carbide Series 300R and it comes with a 120mm fan on the back and a 140mm fan on the front. The problem is that i can hook them both up with only one fan header(Motherboard is a Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3) i have heard of splitters but i dont know if that will work can someone help?

Connect your rear fan on SYS_Fan. And if you're adding more fans to it later. A fan controller. I would recommend NZXT Sentry Mix 2. Simple, meshed, badass looking. and could change colors. Red. Green. Blue. hope this helps

So i can only have 1 fan plugged in? I wont be able to afford a fan controller in the near future so can someone tell me another way to get both of them hooked up?
