Does this PSU fit my build?

Hey guys,

I just bought parts for a gaming rig, except I'm still waiting on my GPUs to come back into stock and I'm on the fence about the power supply I'm using. I'm going with SLI GTX 970s, and my research on the internet tells me a 750W PSU will be absolutely fine for my build, but I'd just like to check with you all to make sure.

I'm looking to get the SeaSonic SS-750KM3.

Here's the link to my build for specifics:

Thanks all. :)

Quick question, and since you posted here I guess I'll ask you.:D
I was on another forum and someone suggested an EVGA G2. Now the only thing that would appear to be a 750W G2 on pcpartpicker is this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr

Is that something that's comparable in quality/performance to the SeaSonic I'm about to purchase? Because if so, I would be rather stupid to buy a PSU that's almost double the price.

The G2 SERIES is first rate , I own to 850w G2's , they are made by one of the best SUPER FLOWER.

They are very very solid , I would say go for it.

Here's my 850w G2.
