Need a High end graphics card to complete my build... Main game I'm looking to play is CSGO

I really just want a graphics card that can pump out 200 FPS constantly on CSGO. (Probably isn't too hard, I just can't do it now on my two 9800 GTX's from 2008 lol)

I currently have these components OTW:

DDR3 1866
Intel i7 4790k (4.0ghz)
500gb SSD
750 watt powersupply

Was looking to get the MSI GTX 970. I really have looked everywhere at other brands but almost ALL OF THEM have people complaining about coil whine/fan noise. I also notice many of these cards come overclocked. I don't think I would need that for my purposes. If I wanted a card to be OC I would do it myself.

But I guess if anyone could recommend a comparable card that runs incredibly smooth and is quiet, that would be great.

Solution
Coil whine yes, that seems to be a problem with 970 and 980, though it isn't limited to any specific maker.

Fan noise, all I have heard about it with MSI, Giga and Asus are they are running quiet (I have even one or two complaints that they are running too quiet).

Haven't heard of a factory overclocked card running too hot. 970 runs cooler than most cards out there atm, and the factory OC isn't very high (+150mhz perhaps). I OC my cards 200 mhz above what MSI already OC'ed and it only runs to about 70 degrees, which is still cool by GPU's standard

I just read somewhere that people have ordered from MSI and they are waiting for quite a long time for it.
I would suggest you to go for an EVGA superclocked one. or if u can wait for MSI.

I play csgo too and you will easily get more than 200 frames with gtx 970.

Hmm. But I looked at many of the EVGA superclocked and people complained about coil whine :(

I also would like one that is not overclocked at all if possible.

Would a card such as the 750 TI be good enough to run csgo at ABOVE 200 fps CONSTANT? Or am I hoping for too much out of a cheap card?

For some reason on my computer the FPS is not effected at ALL by changing settings or resoultion.

I do believe my current computers 3.33 core 2 duo is bottle necking my CSGO performance.

I understand. I just can't seem to find one that:

1. Runs Quiet
2. Isn't Overclocked
3. Is in stock

Many of these 970 GTX cards have complaints about the fan noise/coil whine... Also some folks are saying since some come over clocked they are running too hot.
