I've been getting these blue screen error crash frequently over the past couple of days while playing video games and once even browsing the web. I'm wondering is it because my hard drive is failing. The blue screen error message it saids "kernel data inpage error". I also recently got a "A disk read error occurred" during one of the crashes. The strange thing is Window isn't detecting any errors in the disk checking phase and the crashes occur more when I'm playing games. Here are the things I tried so far to trouble shoot the problem:

Run sfc /scannow. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Did a Windows Memory Diagnostic, but found no error.

Run chkdsk /C: Didn't seem like anything is wrong, but here's the log file.

Chkdsk was executed in read-only mode on a volume snapshot.

In the event viewer I noticed an error under Windows Log > Application which occurred around the same time as my crashes. Here is the error message.

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
