Amd fx 8350 heating issues

I am using Amd fx 8350 cpu with AMD r9 280x graphic card.My computer chassis is cooler master elite 311 and PSU is corsair hx850 and 8gb ddr3 corsair xms ram. I am getting high fan noise during playing games like adjust fan.My cpu temp going 40 degree above maybe reach 55 .How i resolve this issues ? Any bios setting require or liquid cooling fan require? which liquid fan will installed in this cooler master elite 311 chassis.Please resolve this query .

Both your CPU and GPU are heaters and your case is a cheap one with mediocre cooling. I would get a better case first, then get a better CPU cooler if needed. 55C isn't bad though, and it probably isn't worth the bother.

You do not have a problem to resolve. 55C is not a problem.

what about if i installed corsair h80i or h90 in elite 311? i am writing this coz i got noise from cpu end .

It will make your case airflow even worse, because the radiator will be blocking your only fan slot.

Not really. Your CPU and GPU would bake in there. You need something porous or with lot's of fans, or both for your hardware. That's why I picked you the HAF XB.
