Hi, I'm pretty new to PC building so I'd like to ask a few questions about this gaming build:
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Cridix/saved/4qZqqs

1. Is this a wise build considering the future?
2. Should I consider another gpu/cpu/mobo/etc?
3. Are those parts compatible?
4. What would be the best operating system for it, considering I will mostly be gaming on it.

Edit: Oh, forgot to mention that, I will not be gaming in 4k or anything like that. I enjoy my games at medium graphic settings.

It indeed is a solid build, but when I searched for it in Finnish online stores I noticed a bundle of Asus MAXIMUS VII RANGER + Intel 4690K, so is that motherboard worth an extra 50€?

The stock cooler is enough . Its not K CPU for overclocking . But i5 4590 is a great processor

i would get good 650W PSU - XFX , Seasonic , Antec , EVGA
they have raised the prices !

Edit:
Dont worry , for your rig 650W should be enough since it doesnt have 220W CPU .

R9 280X needs one 6 pin(75W) and one 8 pin (150W) power connector and PCI-E 75W . Max limit is 300W . Real should be 250W-275W .
i5 4590 TDP 84W .
Add other 150W
---------------
534W

pcpartpicker shows 448W

but XFX has 650W and 52A on +12V = 624W . Plenty of power
