I was playing AC 3 with low fps (20-30) at lowest settings on gtx 750 ti 2 GB ddr5 and I just upgraded from win 7 to win 8 pro and on highest settings game yields 40-50 fps I want to ask what is the reason behind this boost ? Other game's performance is constant. There is no hardware change.
