Hi guys im planing to overclock this cpu to 4,5ghz..the question is..will i need a new cooling like water cooling for that? i have the intel cooler that comes with cpu

thanks in advance

Solution
Go with the H100i if your budget allow it.
It performs better than the Hyper212.
And as Rubix mentioned, check the guides if you need any more info in OC'ing.

You can overclock the chip but it will depend on what cooler you have yes. Overclocking with the stock cooler is not recommended.
You don't need a water cooler for overclocking a good air cooler will get the job done.

Depending on your budget you can this: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
And be ok at about 4.2-4.3GHz with decent temps.
Or you can go for a much better one and get this: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Will be more than enough for 4.5GHz on the i5.

You should check memory clearance and case comparability before buying new coolers.

OP should do some real research in to overclocking CPUs, as well. Doing it via a GUI or a simple +20% BIOS setting isn't really the most efficient way to accomplish an overclock, but it's the most common because it's 'the easiest' and is the fastest way to say you overclocked. This often means that voltages aren't optimized for clock speeds and can produce more heat than necessary for the speeds chosen. There are a lot of guides on Tom's Forums http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/259903-29-overclocking-benchmarking-guides

Are the H100i and H110 the only liquid coolers available there?

Most of the choice really should be made by the OP...understanding what "you" need and for "your" setup is really what counts. If you are not certain, asking for advice does help, but you really should learn as much as possible about your hardware and how to overclock for you to be certain you are making the best choice for your own system. Far too often I see people just soliciting answers from complete strangers on what to spend their own money on without regard that they might be given incorrect information.

Please, please, PLEASE....also do some research and investigation for your own needs as they may or may not fall in line with what someone else recommends. It is good to seek advice. It is not wise to blindly take it without validation.

Edit: You need to dust out your PC more often...that dust build up will cause temp issues over time.

It should...there should be a standard distance from the CPU socket to the first PCI slot, so this should be accounted for in the size of the cooler. What would want to do is find the dimensions of the Noctua and determine if this clearance exists in your case. Making a paper or cardboard cutout of the LxW dimensions would be helpful to visualize.
