My computer specs are:
Intel I5 4690K Processor
ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 2 Sticks, 8 GB RAM
SAMSUNG 850 Pro Series MZ-7KE256BW 2.5" 256GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive - OEM
Corsair CX750m ATX 750 Watt. 80 Plus Bronze
Coolermaster's Storm Trooper with Side Panel Window Case
An ASUS CD Drive, (Not sure what is it, will edit in once I find out, but around $20)
EVGA 03G-P4-2888-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 780 Ti Dual Classified w/ EVGA ACX Cooler 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card

Here is the situation:

When my computer touches the wall (The side with the window), it freezes. After about 30 seconds or so, the computer would automatically shut down. When I try to boot the computer again, the LED light on the motherboard for BOOT_DEVICE is on. After 30 seconds, the computer shuts off again. When I try turning on the computer, the LED light for the BOOT_DEVICE is not on anymore, but Windows does not start up. (I have windows 7 installed on the SSD).

I should mention that I opened up the computer every time this freezing occurred, and tried to find out the problem. I:
Tighten the motherboard screws
Checked that all the cables were secure
Switched the SATA Ports of CD Drive, 1Tb HD, and the SSD, on the motherboard.
Switched the SATA cables of the above
Checked my reattached the CPU

Once I opened up the computer, and closed it, the computer would boot up fine. (The computer was NOT against the wall). When I moved the computer to the position I wish for it be, the computer IMMEDIATELY freezes the moment it touches the wall. (The computer is still on, I know its not really recommended to move the computer when it is on, but I do not think that is the problem, though I may be wrong. Another thing I should mention is that the wires for the computer (Power cable, Monitor Cables, Keyboard USB, etc.) is not necessarily crushed, but in a tight space.

(Information that may or may not be related to the situation) At one point, when the computer was touching the wall, the computer did not freeze in the same manner like before. The desktop and explorer.exe was not responding, but the computer did not shut down. It came to the point where I was forced to shut it down.

I believe the problem is either:
A motherboard related problem
Or a the connection between the SSD, HD, and CD Drive to the motherboard.

Thank you for spending the time for reading this wall of text.

Solution
I don't think that these things can cause the shut downs. Also, if you completely block the air flow when placing the computer next to the wall, I will be a normal thing to shut down really fast. :)

Hi there spriteboy8,

Is the computer freezing when it is not placed next to the wall? Also, have you considered that the computer may not get a good air flow when is really close to the wall? I guess you can turn on the computer after some time(when it cools down).

Cheers,

As far as I know, the computer never froze when it was not next to the wall. The air flow should not be a problem because if it were to shutdown from overheating, then it should take at least a good 10ish minutes for it to shutdown. The computer has never lasted longer then 5 minutes. I will test if the computer freezes after some time if it is not placed next to the wall once I get home.
