which motherboard should i buy for amd fx 8350..... asrock 970 extreme3 or msi 970a-g43??
if u think none of them then please suggest a cheap one(i mean around the range of those two).
and what ram should i buy??will Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) work??

The ds3p is a fairly decent board & is cheap.

Discount the MSI board - its the worst of all of them.
The ds3p is on a par with the extreme 3 for a lot less money.
The Asus r2 is obviously the best but costs more.
If you're looking for biggish overclocks & probably running crossfire in the future go with the Asus.
If you're happy with single GPU & wont be overclocking more than 4/4.1GHz you can safely go with the gigabyte to save some money.

Bugs me that a massive continent like India has such a poor & limited supply of components - the ud3p would always be my first choice too but seems impossible to buy over there.

That vengeance is 3144rs for 4gb
You can get 2x4gb hyperx 1600 cas 9 for 5067 rs & its very very good quality ram - you cant go wrong with it IMO.

The ds3p with 8gb hyperx is near the same price as the Asus m5a97 with 4gb of corsair vengeance so if budgets important its the best price combo on there as far as I can see.

Id consider the ds3p a decent budget board personally - its a far cry above the old ds3 which had massive throttling problems with 8 core chips.
So long as hes not expecting to push massive overclocks I reckon it will do the job fine.
Obviously agree that the r2 is the best he's going to do from flipkart though its a fair bit more expensive.
