Hello, I need help! I have replaced all the components, eksept the harddrives.

Specs:
Case: corsair obsidian 750d
Mobo: asus z97-c
Prossesor: intel i5 4960k
Graphicscard: gainward gtx970
Powersupply: corsair cx750m
Ram: kingston hyperx 4x4
Harddrives two samsungs, one wd and one seagate

Okay, first i couldnt start the pc, it started for a brief second and shut off immideatly, but i figured out i could "jump start" it as i put it. If i pressed the power button on the case and flicked the powersupply button some times it would power up, and i did that a long time until today when i replaced the powersupply and graphics card. Now i have done everything the troubleshooting guide tells me to and nothing works, I have not tried to use an other mobo with another cpu or used an other harddrive than my four harddrives. I have tried them alone but nothing is working. Does anybody have a suggestion i can try or experienced something similar and figured it out?

I think its the mobo or/and cpu, but havent got any ither i can try with and it is relativily new (about two months)

I aprechiate any help i can get and i need it! Thanks in advance :D

I tested it out of the case nothing changed, however I borrowed a mobo and I could power it up, so the mobo was the problem, but now no fans are working. I have checked the connections and all are plugged in and I have tried all the fans sigular on each fan commection, these are four pin fan connections so i can only connect them to the mobo anybody know whats wrong?
