It depends on which one(s) you are talking about. Sapphire had at least two versions. A reference version and an overclocked version. Gigabyte also had variants at different clock speeds. Find the two GPUs online using the exact model numbers and compare their Core Clock and memory speeds... All in all the differences will be minor and the cards will perform very similarly.
