So I am looking to put together a new system. I already have a Graphics Card (GeForce GT 640) and Hard Drive.
This PC will be used for gaming (FPS mostly, Warframe for example)
Also, I'm not trying to get 60FPS at ULTRA settings, I just need a smooth medium.
What I have in mind so far:

RAIDMAX Altas ATX-295WW White / Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX

Team Elite 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model TED34096M1333HC9

Rosewill Stallion Series RD400-2-SB 400W ATX 12V v2.2 Rosewill RD400-2-SB Power Supply

This will run me $265 and I am fairly sure it will work, but...
Are all of the pieces compatible with each other?
Is 400w a sufficient power supply?
Are there any recommendations to better parts (note that I cannot exceed $275)
Do I really need a 6-core 3.5ghz CPU? Should/can I go cheaper?

Can someone double check things like:
Power supply plugins (24pin, 8pin atx???) to fit motherboard
The RAM is DDR3 1333, but will the motherboard read this specific model?
