I am currently having this rig:

GA-990XA-UD3 rev.1
CPU Fx-8350
GPU MSI Twin Frozr GTX 770
Tooq 800W 80+
NZXT H440
WD 500Gb
Ballistic 8 Gb 1600mhz DDR3
Corsair H60 rev 1

Is been since I bought AMD CPU that I been having really bad game play in almost any game, at first I had a FX-4100 and a HD 6850, it was OK but I could not run certain games like Dayz, Watch dogs, assassins creed, etc, the list is to big for writing it all down.
I knew my Fx-4100 was not powerful enough for those game and I bought a FX-8350, and guess what I notice NO improvement at all, the only I got was a nice heat radiator which gets up to 70C under load.

No matter the OC (I got it to 4.7Ghz to see if improvement) no matter the unparck cores I will still get a jerky and laggy games, the game which I am suffering now is the new Call of duty Advanced warfare. It can get up to 85 fps even in multiplayer but well... I gets down to 23 fps or even lower to 10 fps whenever it wants to, the GPU usage also drops to 10% or so, and if I put it all at minimun settings I still have the same fps

All drivers are up to date, even the motherboard BIOS, Chipset etc.

My fx-8350 bottlenecks almost eny game I play even at 4.7ghz.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JB5y2kJTexk it looks bad becouse it is at minimun ALL.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-0pUkOnEg8#t=182 Yes, garrys mod at lowest settigns going under 0 in a GTX 770.

Solution
Well if you have tried overclocking and unparking, the last thing would be a fresh windows install.

If that too doesn't help... I would say it is your PSU that is not good enough to power all your components (especially the 8350). The 8350+770 should be able to play all latest titles on 1080p ultra with 60fps+ no prob and there is definitely some wrong with your system.

If you are looking for a new PSU have a look here for ideas on whats good : http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Well the PSU is a Tooq 800W 80+ I wouldn't have thought about a PSU problem becouse it seems to be even "overpowering" the system, I mean 800W in't enough? I can only try a 600W new corsair... will that be good for a try?

And I did 10 win 7 instalations at least!

It has really crapy reviws (shi---)
I am sorry I only found this in spanish, you can see his specs at the bottom and yes i think it is the problem.
I will go for a 80€ PSU (recomend me one).
Also Thanks and i hope it to be the problem.

It would not be the processor as it's an amazing processor as it does support PCIe 3.0, I have been able to run any game and I get 120+ fps on any game on 1080p. Everything to ultra settings and no lag. But to you problem its your PSU, its not giving you enough power also check the bios and make sure that saving power is turned off.

I have a 8350 @ 7.6GHz, Sabertooth 990FXr2.0 Gen 3, 2x1TB SSD Raid 0, 1000w PSU, 32gb 1866 ddr 3 @ 2100 and lastly 2x XFX 7970 DD

Actually, doesnt look pretty bad for a unknown brand, there are a lot worse than that, i'd try with a fresh windows install before replacing it.

Also what kind of HDD are you running is it 5400 or 7200? Does your mobo support SATA 6Gb/s?

80 euros is TOP so 88 is not my deal.
Would this http://www.corsair.com/en-us/gs-series-gs600-80-plus-bronze-certified-power-supply-2013-edition handle my pc? Just for testing, if the PSU is the problem i would buy it.

i have an 8320 oc'd to 4.7 running with 780 sli and have not ran out of cpu yet so i agree maybe your mobo or psu is leaving you high and dry also if your hitting 70 im sure your cpu is throttling and that will defiantly not help
