not many 13 olds CAN build a PC by themselves, constructed my first from scratch when I was 17.

Yeah its compatible, you could get away with like 300W PSU ,but i strongly reccomend upgrading some components.

Here's a more suitable build for you:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($69.98 @ OutletPC)

Memory: Corsair XMS3 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($27.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 1GB Video Card ($79.99 @ Newegg)

The motherboard and PSU are of low quality.
Better build coming up!

If you can spare 20$, then this is the build to get:

You can overclock the G3258 until the system gets unstable at 1.2 volts (that's the limit on H81 boards)
The R9 270 is better than the 750 Ti, so the 750 gets beaten for sure
The motherboard and PSU are of WAY better quality
8 GB of RAM gets you better quality and more FPS.
