Hey guys got a new build for my home office nothing special msi mobo and the mouse and keybord worked fine until i updated with msi software now i they wount turn on what should i do

ah MSI software... makes MSI feel less of a hardware manufacturer and more of a software designer..they should invest more in that pat of business.

i reset cmos and the keyboard works and got into control panel and found that windows had it recognized as something else i deleted the drivers and am going to try it again after the 50 updates get installed on my fresh install of windows 7

installed windows updates restarted and the mouse works...but now no keybord

is your keyboard in device manager? even as a unrecognized device? You might have to show hidden devices.

i will be sure to check that im installing the up dates from msi now...again but it had been recognized as a keyboard prior to the updates

moved keyboard to a usb 3.0 and it works now so i plugged my printer into the 2.0 port it was in and that works also so il leave it alone as it is thanks guys
