Does 15 CFM matters on CPU cooling?

I have V6GT CPU cooler with Akasa Viper s-flow fans, I'm thinking about getting frio advanced or nic c4 but will it worth?

my cpu is fx8350 btw

The V6GT cooler is great , so are the fans that it comes with.

Well those fans are broken so i had to buy new 2 fans which are Akasa Viper as i stated up there :/ while i have these should i buy a new cpu cooler or are these good?
