As the title says, is it impossible to get 5000 Effective Military Strength without multiplayer?

Total Military Strength is
6862
Effective Military Strength is
3431
Galactic Readiness
50% (default)

I read from many sources that it's not at all impossible to get 5000 EMS for the perfect ending without playing multiplayer, yet somehow this seems to be totally false.

I'm fully patched via Origin with numerous DLC and I've done everything right in all 3 games, but even if I missed a few things, there's no freaking way I missed 1600 points! The Geth and Quarians combined only added up to 900 points, so there's no way I missed out on 2-3 armadas!!!

ME3
-I am already level 55 and have not even done the Assault Illusive Man's Base yet
-Max paragon/rep already (was maxed 20 hours ago)

-I completed all side missions for the Citadel for all 3 games. (I literally spent 10 hours walking around to every person just for ME3, and after every main mission I overheard conversations and got missions by listening to their conversations. I did this 100% to avoid multiplayer!!!!! I counted at least 25 side missions for the citadel alone)

-Quarians and Geth both survived Rannoch and are assets to Shepard
-Rachni were spared and are assets
-Every single asset for ME3 has been collected already
-100% planets/systems surveyed already. There are NO side missions left
-All characters did their part successfully as they should have, (below)
.......................(Grunt survived the Rachni cave, Thane died protecting the Salarian counselor against Kai Leng, Mordin and Wrex cured the genophage, Jack and Shepard saved the biotics, Miranda saved Oriana and killed her father Ashley joined Shepard again, Tali and Legion were saved on Rannoch, etc etc etc).

ME2
-Completed 100% side missions
-Perfect ending for ME2 (ships 100% upgraded, all characters were loyal and everyone survived the suicide mission)
-Sacrificed council
-Blew up Collector Base
-Every side mission completed and
-Every item/upgrade bought
-Every single planet and system surveyed, including the ones that required purchasing maps from Illium
-Max paragon
-Reached highest level possible before finishing

ME1
99.99% complete, the only exception to 100% was the final base for eliminating Cerberus in a ME1 side mission due to a glitch where it would not appear, and I only collected 7/10 of each of the minerals in ME1. Both of these amount to nothing though for assets and only cause a single sentence of dialogue to be added by Miranda in ME2. The mineral mission adds up to nothing for the other games.
-Max paragon

WHAT AM I DOING WROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG! Thanks :D

Ok, first no you can't get 100% EMS without playing MP but the whole best possible ending doesn't need 100%. My wife plays only two games Dragonage and Mass Effect (all the series of both) and she never plays MP and I can tell you 50% gets you the best ending. As far as I know anything completed or didn't complete in 1 & 2 doesn't affect the EMS. All that those affect is your story so I hope this helped and if you have any further ME questions feel free to drop me a line.

I just changed a .bin file in ME3 so that when I get one specific item I suddenly get 10000 TMS (5000 EMS) so any side missions I do are optional to get the best ending. thanks though!
