Does anyone tried to run Windows 8.1 on this pendrive? Complete installation, don't want usb boot for installation

Now I run Windows 8.1 on HD USB 2.0 (installed). I tried install in other pendrive device and don't work. It's possible?
Also, As is Win2Go via Windows 8.1 Enterprise?

I have a company laptop and I can't do anything because it's controlled.
I would like to have my own windows in the pen-drive and to restart as a "new" laptop.

in your case, i would suggest getting a laptop hd and swap it out of the company laptop and install a fresh new os....and swap it back for work related stuff...but u need to contact work's tech support to see if they can be convinced to allow u to do that(some of those work locked laptops are locked in the bios as well and u need tech support from work to unlock it for a new or different os)

Finally I chose a hard drive usb 3.0 with SSD.
- Inateck FEU3NS-1E
- Samsung 840 Evo SSD Series 120GB SATA3
It's working... and I tested with CrystalDiskMarks about 400Mb/s read and writte (secuencial).
