Computer turns off and on and off and on over and over

I just built my first computer. I'm completely new, so I'm sure I messed it up somehow. I just cant figure out how. I turn it on and it turns on, but 4 seconds later, it shuts down, then turns back on, then shuts down, then turns on in increments of about 3-4 seconds. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure everything is seated properly, if u have another PSU use that to try and boot your system.

I switched around the sata cables on the psu and it's working. Thanks!
