Is there a way to regain the graphics? Is it hard drive related or motherboard related? If I switched the hard drive, would the graphics go onto there? Please, I need help. This computer is going to my brother after I build my computer and we cannot get another graphics card.

It's no problem really, just install it again, download it from the Intel website.
When you uninstall the Intel HD drivers, the built-in VGA drivers of the OS kicks in.
