So, I've got a build I put together back in April. Everything was well up until a couple of months ago, it started to randomly shut down once in a while.

It's slowly gotten worse. I downloaded HWMonitor, and saw my voltages were way low, so I had the PSU replaced. Well, got that in as well as a PSU tester, and that PSU is fine. Pop it in, HWMonitor is reading the same low vlts.

Is it possible to be my motherboard? Is there a way to test it?

This is my build:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5"
Video Card: MSI Radeon R7 250 1GB Video Card
Case: Raidmax ATX-298WR ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze

This is the readings from HWmonitor:

Those voltages aren't accurate as your machine wouldn't work at all if they were. It looks like HWMonitor doesn't support your motherboard. As lonewolf7 suggested, try a different monitoring program. What are the voltages in the BIOS? Those have the best chance of being accurate.

Did the new PSU fix the problem? If so, then the old one was likely the problem.
