Good motherboard for low budget gaming pc

Hi first time posting on this site so here it goes. I'm new to building pc's but i cant figure out what motherboard i should get that wont cost more than $100-$120. Any feedback would be much appreciated and if someone could tell my if all my parts are compatible with one another that would be great. Thanks

If you're talking about the Z97 Fatal1ty Killer then I'd take the Extreme 4 instead. Better feature wise.
The ASUS one is much better in quality than the AsRock motherboards. But the Extreme4 has some more features.
