Need help my pc froze couldn't solve the problem

Today i started my pc everything was fine and i started playing but after 10 minuts my pc froze it was like a picture i couldnt do anything. I restarted it and everything was fine again but as soon as i wrote my user padsword it froze again, i restarted my pc again and this time it froze while it was loading windows .. Restared again and froze again even before showing the windows logo and loading windows i figure its not a hardware problem becouse the POST beeps are normal as always.. I tried running in safe mode but it froze again while reading the drivers. I tried with the option -Last known good setings, but as soon as i pressed that it froze again instantly . Can anyone help me or explain what is the problem?

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately i did that.
Took my RAM out, cleaned it, cleaned my CPU cooling fan , checked if every wire is on its place nothing seems to be wrong with the hardware , but i cant be sure. For example when i dont turn on my pc for 2-3 hours it loads windows , i log in and after 1 minute it freezes again.. After i restart it doesent even boot... freezes after the POST beeps . After the second restart i get the windows advanced options becouse the pc didnt boot properly the last time. But that dosent help becouse if i run in safe mod it freezes while loading some drivers if i run in Last known good setings , either it freezes or restarts by itself.
I cant figure out if its a hardware problem or a software.. The POST does normal beeps thats why i think its not a hardware problem .. on the other hand if i rest my pc it boota when i start it but freezes as sooner as the desctop shows. Thank you either way for the reply

Thanks for the advice and help much appreciated. But unfortunately i left my pc to a pc expert to try and fix the problem so i cant try what you just suggested. If he fixses it, if you want i can ask him and tell you what was the problem either way thank you very much for the helping suggestions.
