So I don't know what is going on entirely, but my desktop computer (writing this off a laptop) won't turn off. Whether I reset or turn off, it just sits at the "Shutting down..." screen. I can turn it off by holding the power button and then when I start it back up it will ask me if I want to boot in safe mode or not. But I just can't get it to turn off normally. There are no updates installing. It's just been trying to turn off for like 10 minutes. Any ideas?
Update: it finally just blue screened into POWER_DRIVE_STATE_FAILURE...
Update 2: rebooted, literally changed nothing, turned it off again and it worked fine. lol what.
