Looking for Good 120mm Case Fans

I am looking to buy case fans to fill the extra slots in my case and to replace my loud 200mm case fan. I've found some options but I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions. My budget is $15 max per case fan. (Preferably $12) If it's a multi-pack make it no more than 4 fans.

None of those fans are particularly quiet (unless of course you turn them way down). What 200mm fan do you have? In general they aren't usually that loud.
The budget you listed, your best bet is probably cougar vortex CF-V12HPB fans; they are a little bit outside of your price range but I have seen them on sale on Amazon for as low as 12 dollars.

It's the generic 200mm case fan inside the CM Storm Enforcer. The specs sheet says it's only 19DB but it's extremely loud.

I'll look into it. Thanks! Just wondering but what is your opinion on the Corsair Air Series Fans?
