I just built my new PC but i have got a problem. It shuts down whenever I put it under about 70 - 90% load. It only happens when I put my graphics card in. At first I thought it was my power supply but it should be sufficient because it is 720 watt. Please help!!!

My rig:

CPU: Intel i5-4690k
Memory: 2x4gb Patriot
Hard Drives: OCZ Vertex 450 128gb, WD Caviar Black 1TB
Power Supply: Shaw P4-S720 720 Watt
Motherboard: Asrock Z97 Anniversary
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 760 4GB

The corsair cx series is far from a premium psu. It uses cheap secondary caps that have a high failure rate. The thermaltake lite power has voltage regulation issues. The Evga isn't great but it is a little better than the other 2, but wouldn't recommend it for an overclocked system.
