Hi, my ISP has set my comuter's IP address 192.168.105.170. I need to connect my own Router to have WiFi access and I have tried every possible step I could but still no luck.
I need to login to my ISP to get the Internet access every time when I need Internet. The page which I open to login to get Internet access is 192.168.105.1 I am confused how to connect my own Router to ISP.
Any help is highly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

a diagram would really help here, but i'll guess away.

that IP 192.168.105.170 needs to sit on the WAN port of your router, the default route of the router needs to point at 192.168.105.1

on your LAN side set up a DHCP range, any private IP range will be fine, put your DHCP scope and LAN computers here.

make sure the router NAT's all outbound traffic behind it's WAN IP.

should be fine then.
