i7 4930k with asus black rampage iv which is compatible with ddr3 ram which is cheaper than ddr4 or i7 5930k with asus x99 which is compatible with ddr4 which is more expensive...which will be the best option??

also do u recommend me get asus black ramage iv because it's on the pricey side and what is the different between this and asus rampage iv , because im really gonna do 16gb or maybe 32gb later...? does the asus black have better overclocking or smth???

According to CPU benchmark, the i7-4930K Ivy Bridge with its 6-cores/12-threads is just 13% faster than the i7-4790K Haswell 4-cores/8-threads and if you're just gonna use up to 32GB, you may want to use the LGA1150 platform.

Now, I don't know what are the extra features that the Black Rampage IV offer vs the Rampage IV, but usually they are useless.
