Which of the two graphics cards is better to play LOL? Asus HD5450 2Gb Ddr3 or Gigabyte Radeon R5 230 1GB GDDR3?

They are both very very outdated GPUs.
I would say the R5 230 should be a tiny bit faster but it has less VRAM.

Do you want to purchase one of those two or do you happen to have them?

Yes much better but still you won't be able to run any modern games properly.
I know LoL is not the most demanding game but I don't have any experience of running this game.
