Yes. The AMD 900 chipset series were designed for the FX CPUs.
But the FX CPUs are not very good gaming CPUs.
If want a budget gaming PC, i would with a Athlon 860K or a Core i3-4150.

As i already told you, the AMD 900 chipset series were designed for the FX CPUs, by default they read those CPUs.
BIOS update are only necessary when new CPUs come out. That would be the case of the new FX-8370 and the other new FX CPUs.

Somewhat, but the difference is gonna become bigger. The two additional cores on the FX-8320 will become useful in the future, and it's already starting t show. In Assassin's Creed Unity, the difference at 1080p is approximately 10 fps, depending on whether you're using an FX6300 or an FX8320.
